Manufactured in Italy, this unit features a solid C45 steel wheel paired with a welded steel support structure, delivering consistent performance under heavy loads.
The precision-machined 96° V-profile ensures stable alignment on ANGULA V-groove track systems, reducing lateral movement and uneven wear. Internally, two sealed 6204 bearings provide smooth rotation while protecting against dust and moisture ingress, making the wheel suitable for both industrial and outdoor environments.
A high-quality galvanised (tropicalised) finish with 13.2 µm coating thickness offers excellent corrosion resistance, extending service life in exposed conditions. Designed for recessed mounting, this wheel integrates cleanly into gate frames and is rated for intensive use, having been tested to one million operating cycles under normal environmental conditions.
