Description
The 60mm Steel Rope Pulley with Bearing is a precision-engineered component designed for controlled rope and cable guidance in gate systems and mechanical installations. Manufactured from hardened C45 steel and finished with a 13.2 µm yellow galvanised coating, this pulley offers excellent resistance to wear, corrosion, and outdoor exposure.
Fitted with a 6203 2RS sealed bearing, the pulley delivers consistent, low-friction rotation, ensuring quiet and efficient operation even under continuous use. Its 6 mm round groove is optimised for steel cables and ropes, making it suitable for both sliding and suspended gate configurations, as well as sectional door counterweight systems. Designed to work with our BT 17 axle / spacer.
Tested to 1.5 million cycles at full load, this pulley provides long service life with minimal maintenance, making it a dependable choice for residential, commercial, and light-industrial environments
