With an adjustable length range of 65–90 mm (G min/max), installers have generous flexibility when aligning the gate leaf. The hinge features a robust 26 mm internal plate width (I), a 47 mm overall height (H), a 6 mm plate thickness (S), and a 17 mm weld-on plate width (A)—all contributing to superior weld strength and structural integrity.
Finished in a yellow galvanised coating, this hinge offers excellent corrosion resistance, even in harsh outdoor environments. Paired with the PR 24 hinge mounting plate, it provides a secure and permanent attachment to either steel posts or timber posts. For optimal top-and-bottom hinge functionality, we recommend pairing the CR 24 with the P 24 gate plate and pin hinge.
