The STILO heavy-duty weld-on steel hinge is engineered for demanding applications including heavy leaf gates, large doors, and armoured doors. Manufactured entirely from high-quality weldable steel, this hinge features a Ø20 mm solid pin, SKF thrust bearings, and self-lubricating bushings to ensure smooth operation and long service life under high loads.
Designed with three shortened wings, the STILO hinge allows for precise welding and simplified installation while maintaining optimal load distribution across the bearings. The hinge incorporates a grease nipple for routine maintenance, helping to preserve performance over time.
Additional security features include an anti-burglary, rip-proof and anti-slip design, achieved through the riveted pin and reinforced wing joints. The hinge is detachable and separable, offering flexibility during installation and servicing. Finished in yellow galvanised coating (13.2 µm thickness), it provides excellent corrosion resistance for long-term reliability in outdoor environments.
