Description
The Rolling Center Adjustable Lower Receiving Stop with Rollers (Ref. 50RL) is engineered to provide secure gate positioning and structural support for large sliding and cantilever gate systems. Installed at ground level or on the closing top to sit within the top gate frame, this receiving stop stabilises the gate leaf when closed, helping maintain proper alignment while preventing excessive movement or impact stress on the gate frame. When installed up the top, it also helps prohibits anyone from lifting the gate.
Manufactured from high-strength structural steel, this product offers exceptional resistance to deformation under heavy loads. The integrated removable PA6 nylon rollers guide the gate smoothly into the receiving position, ensuring controlled contact and reducing friction between the gate frame and the stop assembly.
The receiving stop features a fully adjustable design from 80 mm to 150 mm, allowing installers to fine-tune the position to suit various gate profiles and installation tolerances. With compact overall dimensions of 90 × 124 mm, the unit provides robust performance while remaining easy to integrate into ground-mounted gate installations.
The component is protected by a yellow bichromate zinc plating (approximately 10–12 µm) which provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability in outdoor environments exposed to weather and moisture.
