This medium cantilever gate carriage is designed to handle gates up to 8 meters wide with ease. Eight wheels, all manufactured using 6203 2RS bearings, provide a smooth movement over long distances.
The removable axle simplifies setup, while the sturdy body and base – measuring 300 x 150 mm is securely anchored by 6 x 12mm camset bolts. The medium cantilever gate carriage supports gates weighing up to 600 kg. Constructed from high-quality C45 steel, the carriage is protected by a 13.2µm thick yellow galvanized coating, providing excellent resistance to corrosion. Rigorously tested to withstand 2 million cycles in normal conditions, this carriage ensures a long-lasting and reliable performance.
