Our adjustable wrap-around gate hinge is also known as a collar hinge. Made for fabricators crafting heavy wrought iron swing gates using round tube, this hinge is the perfect choice for a long-term solution.

This adjustable wrap-around gate hinge features a 35mm internal diameter, specifically designed to fit 35x35mm steel sections. Features also include a M24 thread with an adjustable range between 57 – 88mm and a load rating of 190kg per hinge. These hinges provide exceptional strength and stability.

Manufactured from Italian A37 steel and galvanized for maximum protection, these hinges have been tested up to 1 million cycles. The adjustable nut feature allows for easy onsite installation.

For added convenience, the M24 hinge mounting plate is available for gates installed on wooden posts. To maintain optimal performance, we recommend checking the operating clearances every 12 months.
