Featuring a 90 mm diameter wheel with an O-groove profile, this recessed-mount design runs precisely on O-groove sliding gate tracks, ensuring consistent alignment and stable travel.
The wheel is manufactured from high-quality C45 steel and finished with a blue zinc galvanised coating for enhanced corrosion resistance. A premium Vulcolan® tread (90 Shore hardness) provides excellent wear resistance while significantly reducing vibration and operating noise compared to standard steel wheels.
Fitted with a sealed 6203 bearing, this wheel supports loads of up to 150 kg per wheel and has been tested to withstand up to 1 million cycles at full load. Its quiet performance and durability make it an ideal solution for both residential and light-industrial sliding gate systems.
